Using this Web Site

At the very top of the page you see five tabs: Home, Team, Board of Directors, Registration Online and Admin. After you click on one of these tabs, the menu on the left edge of the page changes to show the options available for that tab.

Home Tab

You are already on the Home page when you arrive at our web site. The left-edge menu options for the Home tab give access to information that applies to all members.

The "Hey Coach" menu option will provide bulletins and information that is specifically meant for coaches and team managers.

Team Tab

This is where you′ll be able to view the schedule, roster, and bulletins for your specific team. Use the drop down menus at the top to find your team. First use the "League" drop down menu to select the level your team plays at: Jr. Lightning or Bantam. Next use the "Team" drop down to choose the team you wish to see.

The left-edge menu options for the Team tab give you a variety of ways to look at your team's schedule. If you click on "Schedule" it will list each practice and game, in a day-by-day tabular fashion. Click "Calendar" if you would rather view the schedule in a calendar form. The "Results" option shows results for games that have already occurred, but only when we enter the results. The "Multi-Schedule" feature allows you to see the schedule for several teams at one time.

Board Area Tab

The Board Area tab provides information for the LALL board members and is password protected.

Register Online Tab

Here you'll find step-by-step instructions on how to register online.

Admin Tab

The Admin Tab is used only by the webmaster, coaches, and team managers. It is password protected.

Email Notifications

From time to time, you will receive automatic email notifications of website and schedule changes.

Note that if you register, your email address will be available on the team roster page for your team(s). Please note that your email address as listed on the website is blocked from automatic email address harvesters. In other words, you'll be protected against receiving spam.

New Features

for Coaches and Team Managers

Details have been posted on the HEY COACH page telling you how to post bulletins on your team page, correct practice schedules, and post game writeups.

Our web site now sports a new feature:  an equipment exchange where you can post information about used lacrosse equipment that you would like to sell and/or exchange with other members.  There are many kids who would like to play lacrosse but can't afford the equipment, that's why we started the "Help a kid learn Lacrosse" equipment donation program, which helps us to help other kids.

for Players and Parents

The Equipment Exchange

The Equipment Exchange feature provides an area on the website where you can post information about used lacrosse equipment that you would like to sell and/or exchange with other members.

To access the exchange, click on the "Exchange" link on the menu at the left of the LALL home page.  You can also see current Exchange items listed on the right side of the LALL home page.

Please note that the exchange should only be used by current and past LALL players and parents for listing their own used equipment; it is not to be used for non-lacrosse advertising or any for-profit ventures.  Inappropriate listings will be immediately removed.
